Who operates this site, under what corporate identity, and on what terms its content may be used.
This site is operated by ARK PLATFORMS, EUROPE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales on 3 October 2025 under company number 16762355, whose registered office is at Office 12 Initial Business Centre, Wilson Business Park, Manchester, M40 8WN, United Kingdom. It trades as Averton Hotels & Resorts and operates the brands of the group.
Write to the registered office above, or by email to the reservations address shown in the footer of this site. Press, development, careers and partner enquiries have their own addresses, published on the relevant pages, and reach the team responsible directly.
This site presents the group's brands and houses and allows you to request a reservation, join Averton Circle, contact the development team and apply for roles. It is not an offer capable of acceptance: a reservation exists only once we confirm it in writing, as set out in the terms of use.
Some houses are operated by independent owners under franchise agreements or within the Haven and Origin collections. In those cases the accommodation contract is between you and that owner, and we act as booking agent. The confirmation identifies the contracting entity. Where a house is managed by us under a management agreement, the property remains owned by its owner and the operating obligations are ours.
Rates are displayed per room per night in the currency selected, inclusive of value added tax where we are required to show it inclusive, and exclusive of city and tourist taxes set by local authorities. The total payable, the deposit if any, and the cancellation terms are shown before you confirm and repeated in the confirmation.
Contracts for accommodation on specified dates are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal that applies to most distance contracts, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your ability to cancel is therefore governed by the rules of the rate you booked, which are shown before you confirm. Nothing in this site restricts the rights you have if a service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
Averton, the Averton symbol, and the names Vantage, Élan, Seren, Haven Collection, Avenue, Nova, Porter, Origin Collection and Aver Residence are trade marks of ARK PLATFORMS, EUROPE LIMITED. Independent houses in the Haven and Origin collections retain their own names and marks, used with their permission. Use of any of these marks without written consent is not permitted.
The text, photography, illustration, design, layout and source code of this site are protected by copyright and related rights owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view, download and print pages for your own use in planning or managing a stay. Any other reproduction, distribution, public communication or adaptation, in whole or in part, requires our written consent. Press may use assets we supply, on the terms issued with them.

This notice is governed by the law of England and Wales. The terms of use set out the law applying to bookings, including the mandatory hotel and consumer rules of the country in which the house is located, and the consumer protections of your country of residence, which are unaffected.
