Full programme terms
  • When do points appear?
    Within 72 hours of checking out. If they have not, the house that hosted you can post them manually.
  • Do points expire?
    Not while you stay with us. A balance expires only after 24 consecutive months with no eligible night.
  • Can I share points?
    Yes. Transfers between members are free, up to 100,000 points a year, in blocks of 1,000.
  • Do offer rates earn points?
    Yes, at the same base rate. Rates booked through third parties do not earn points or count towards tiers.
  • What happens to my tier if I travel less one year?
    You keep it for the whole of the following year, then drop one tier rather than back to Member.
  • Are points earned on meetings and events?
    Yes, on the room and catering element, for the person named on the contract.
