Select service done properly. A good bed, good coffee, a fast desk and no upsell at any point between the door and the lift.
For the night that is a means to an end, and should cost like one.
- 01
The bed
The same bed and linen as our five-star houses. It is the part you actually use.
- 02
No upsell
One rate, breakfast included, and nobody offering you an upgrade at midnight.
- 03
In and out
Self check-in that works, and a desk with a person on it when it does not.
