Legal
The group's loyalty programme: how points are earned and used, how tiers are reached, and what happens to your data and your preferences. You accept these terms when you join.
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over. The account is personal and cannot be transferred: one member, one account. Accounts opened in the name of a company, agency or third party do not earn points.
Joining is free. On completion you receive a 12-digit membership number, unique to you and never reissued, which together with your email address is how you reach your account. Keep it: anyone holding both can see your stays. If you lose it, write to us and we will restore it once we have verified who you are.
Points accrue on the value of a completed stay, according to the brand you stay with and the rate you booked. Rates marked double points accrue at twice the rate. Taxes, city taxes, gratuities and cancelled or no-show bookings earn nothing.
Tiers are counted in nights actually stayed across the group's brands within the calendar year, and are held for the following year. The thresholds are ten nights for Signature, twenty-five for Reserve and fifty for Noir. The benefits of each tier are published on the programme page and may change with notice.
Rates reserved for members can only be booked from a signed-in session and used by the account holder, who must stay in the room. The house may ask for the holder's identification on arrival and, if it does not match, apply the equivalent public rate.
Points are not money. They have no exchange value and cannot be sold, transferred or inherited. They do not expire while the account is active. They are redeemed under the options published on the programme page at the time.
The preferences you save — bed, floor, pillow, kitchen, access, arrival time and notes — are shared with the group's houses so they can prepare your arrival. They are an indication, not a contractual guarantee: meeting them depends on what each house has available. You can change or clear them at any time from your account.
The controller is ARK PLATFORMS, EUROPE LIMITED. We process your data to run the account, to apply the programme's benefits and to send the operational emails about your bookings, on the basis of performing the contract. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. The full detail is in the Privacy centre.
You can leave by writing to us; we will close the account and the points accrued are lost. We may close an account, with notice, where we find fraudulent use of the programme, the sale of points, or repeated breach of these terms.
We may change these terms or the programme's benefits for operational, legal or commercial reasons. Material changes are notified at least thirty days in advance to the email on the account, and you may leave the programme if you do not accept them.
